| Jacob French was born in the mid-16th century , and lived in the Parish of Bures Saint Mary, Suffolk county, England. He married Susanna Warren on September 27, 1578. In 1585/6 they moved to Assington. Jacob died before November 11, 1615 which was the day he was buried in Assington. Jacob and Susanna had ten children of whom we know the names of seven. They were William (bef 1580-), Jacob (bef 1582-), Thomas (bef 1584-1639), Elizabeth (bef 1586/7-), John (bef 1596-), Susan (1589-1613) and Robert who was born before 1600.121 |
