I'm a special collections librarian from the Univ. of CO at Boulder and I'm going to Urbana-Champaign next week to attend a workshop on special collections in the sciences. Bizarrely my mother was talking with her cousin, Betty Dewaard, who said that we have a distant relative there (you) and that she had recently spoken with you. My grandmother is a Ruesink (Gertrude). Anyway, Betty suggested that I email you. I'll be staying at the Hampton Inn near the University from the 18th to the 25th (217-337-1100).
