Subject: Beernink/Hoftiezer update

Hello Nancy,
Just revisited the Beernink website and thought I'd recontact regarding Hendrika Beernink and Garret Hoftiezer.

Garret (Gerrit) Hoftiezer is in the 1860, 1870 and 1880 census in Olmsted, Cuyahoga Co, OH with a second wife and a second family. Has any new information regarding which two of the three children of Garret and Hendrika came to the USA surfaced? Any new information on the fate of the two children of Hendrika and Garret? If any one wishes to discuss the 1860-1880 data with me, I am more than happy to respond.

Nancy, please greet your father for me. I still recall his help and kindness and cooperation when I visited him in Wisconsin and through much personal correspondence.

Sincerely,
Virgil Hoftiezer
