Mr. Ruesink:
I was reviewing the Rootsweb messageboard and saw your message concerning
the genealogy research on the Wissing Family. My Father's Mother's Mother
had the name of Dina or Denna Wissing and she was born in Holland.
My Grandmother's name was Myrtle Lincoln and lived a short distance from
Tecumseh. This may be the same family. Your information is very helpful to
me also. I will contact famiy in MI and ask them about the siblings you mentioned.

Please feel free to contact me at my home e-mail address: earl_g@earthlink.net.

Hello Bill:
Thank you for the prompt reply. It appears our family members are of the
same lineage. I have attempted previously to contact any one in the MI area
knowing the Wissing family, but could not locate any information. Thank you so
very much for sharing the information and will get back with you as soon I talk to
some family members in MI. I have very little on the family other than
Denna had two children and was married to Charles Lincoln. I am not certain but I
think he originially came from Dover. I did some research on the family
name and input the name into a program that tells you the origin of the name.
It's original orgin was Danish although they lived in Holland, so I assume they
had migrated prior to living in Holland. Now I have you as a contact,
possibly, we can continue our research and keep sharing information. That
would be great!

Again, Thank you very much!
Have a wonderful Easter!
