As far as my husbands maternal family, we feel it may be difficult because his grandfather was a wanderer. His name was John De Waard.(yes, De Waard is right. His mother was a De Waard, too.) He was married to Sarah Van Sprang. (not sure of spelling) His mother's name was Lena, and we believe she was born in Goningen. His mother, grandmother, uncle, and aunt immigrated in 1910. His grandfather came earlier, but don't know any dates. We have no idea what the relationship was with his parents. Thank you again, Betty | ||||||||||
